Friendly Water (initially called Frenzy Water) was founded in 2003 by Carl Coleman & Peter Hines Having both enjoyed successful careers within the water treatment industry Carl & Peter spotted the market opportunity to offer something different in the water business.
"Most companies operating in this area are tied in one way or another to the various manufacturers, either they are part of the manufacturer or tied in with rebate schemes or just by the owners ego of wanting to be the biggest fish in their particular pond."

In the 40 years Peter & Carl have spent between them in the water business they have worked with Harvey Softeners, Ecowater, Kinetico, Culligan which between their various brands account for well over 90% of the U.K.’s water softeners sales. Along the way they learned a great deal about the strengths & weaknesses of the various products & organisations. This coupled with a good deal of enthusiasm energy & effort which has created the award winning business that is Friendly water today.
Since 2003 Friendly Water have built a base of many thousands of satisfied customers and a Friendly efficient & helpful team.
